Apply for financial aid by submitting a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is necessary to determine you eligibility for many types of federal and state aid!

You will receive results from your FAFSA a few days after it is submitted, and each school you list on the FAFSA will receive results electronically. The FAFSA school code is 005271. Our college Financial Aid Office will contact you if we need additional information or check your "to do" list on Student Self-Service (PeopleSoft) for additional requirements.

 FINANCIAL AID PRIORITY DATES

You only need to submit the FAFSA once for each academic year

In order for your financial aid to be ready when your classes begin,
 please submit your FAFSA as soon as possible.  Financial Aid Priority
 Filing Dates for Southcentral Community and Technical College are listed below.

Submit FAFSA before July 15 for fall Semester
Submit FAFSA before December 1 for Spring Semester
Submit FAFSA before April 1 for the Summer Term

 If you submit your FAFSA by the priority date and promptly reply to
 all subsequent financial aid office requests, your financial aid should
be ready for you when the semester begins.

 FAFSAs submittted after the priority date will be processed after school 
 begins, so you will have to make alternative payment arrangements.
