Morgan Crutcher is a Culinary Arts student at Bowling Green Technical College and as her Culinary Arts Practicum this semester she has started her own business on campus aptly named "Let's Be Frank." With the help of the Culinary instructors and the schools facility management team, Morgan has secured a state-of-the-art hot dog cart that she parks in the courtyard of the main campus to sell.. what else, hot dogs.
