Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS), President Michael McCall held a series of meetings at Bowling Green Technical College to seek support for the new Transforming Lives, Transforming Kentucky. advocacy campaign. The visit included meeting with faculty and staff of the college, students, and the community.
Culinary students from BGTC participated in the March of Dimes Signiture Chefs Auction and in doing so was awarded the Best Presentation Award for their appetizing centerpiece.

Morgan Crutcher is a Culinary Arts student at Bowling Green Technical College and as her Culinary Arts Practicum this semester she has started her own business on campus aptly named "Let's Be Frank." With the help of the Culinary instructors and the schools facility management team, Morgan has secured a state-of-the-art hot dog cart that she parks in the courtyard of the main campus to sell.. what else, hot dogs.
