    Call: 855-2GO-BGTC (855-246-2482)

Or visit the Student Service Center online.

Contact the Help Desk for questions about:

    • Webmail
    • PeopleSoft/Student Self Service
    • Software for Students, Faculty, and Staff
      • KCTCS participates in the Microsoft Select program under which students and faculty can purchase Microsoft software and other selected titles to qualified faculty and students (only) at a substantial savings over street, mail order, academic retail pricing.
      • Connecting your computer to the Internet puts both your computer and the KCTCS network at risk. With more than 120,000 known viruses and more discovered each month, it is vital that an anti-virus program be installed and updated often to protect against these viruses! KCTCS recommends Microsoft Security Essentials a free program to the general public.
      • Computer Use Policy
        • All users are expected to exercise common sense and decency (due regard for the rights of others) with respect to the public computing resources, thereby reflecting the spirit of community and intellectual inquiry at KCTCS. Access is a right that may be limited or revoked if an individual misuses the right or violates applicable KCTCS policies or state or federal laws.
