Parents

Your student has made an excellent decision to attend Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College, but we know he or she isn't doing this alone. Dedicated parents like you make an incredible difference in the success of SKYCTC students.

We encourage you to stay informed and involved throughout your student's experience at SKYCTC. With your support and our student-focused resources, your student will build a firm educational foundation for a fulfilling, successful career. Please view the Parent Interactive Resource Guide which will assist you and your son or daughter about the many advantages of attending SKYCTC.

Consult the Academic Calendar to prepare for the start of classes, vacations, and final exams. Familiarize yourself with the academic resources and student services that will help your student reach his or her highest potential.

Your student's safety and comfort are our number one priority. We work hard to create a campus environment that's free from threatening behavior or intimidating speech. Please consult our security protocols and make sure to register for the SNAP emergency notification service.
